William Bremer joined Maxim Group's Equity Research Department as an Emerging Growth/Special Situations Analyst. Mr. Bremer has 14 years of Wall Street experience covering a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Maxim Group, he was an Investment Banker and an Equity Analyst with Rodman & Renshaw LLC. Previously, he was a co-portfolio manager focused on companies in the $25mm to $500mm range in market capitalization, and he began his career at the hedge fund Moore Capital Management. Mr. Bremer received his MBA in Accounting & Taxation with an emphasis on International Taxation from Hofstra University.
