Yale Jen joined Maxim Group LLC in 2007 as a Senior Equity Analyst focusing on biotechnology. Formerly, he was an Analyst at Acumen BioFin (a division of Rodman and Renshaw) and Thomas Weisel Partners covering biotechnology and specialty pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Wall Street, Dr. Jen spent several years with KPMG Corporate Finance Life Sciences Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions of healthcare assets, as well as with Genesis Group Associates as a Strategic Consultant specializing in pipeline optimization for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Dr. Jen received his Ph.D. in molecular biology from Cornell Medical School and his M.B.A. from Rutgers University, with a concentration in finance.
